What does it really mean to make wine? At ASOTOM, in the Monferrato, you can find out by working alongside winemaker Tommaso in his daily activities in the vineyard and winery.
The Experience
Depending on the season, you can observe and take part in various tasks, such as manual harvesting, pumping over, punching down, bâtonnage, topping up barrels, or bottling. The activities vary according to the natural cycle of the vine and the needs of the winery, which is what makes every day different.

- 4 hours: half-day experience.
- 6 hours: morning and afternoon experience.
