The Winery’s Story
The agricultural estate of Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo cultivates biodiversity in Urbino’s countryside along the Foglia River, in the historic Montefeltro region. Its land within the La Badia wildlife reserve has been farmed organically since 1997 and is CCPB certified. The estate produces wine, olive oil and honey through organic agriculture, respecting the places where we live and work. Its farming values the local community’s qualities and avoids excessive use of natural resources to preserve soil fertility, rejecting synthetic chemicals in favour of organic material.
