Package Description
The experience begins with a guided tour of the newly built winery, where you'll be guided through the entire production process, from harvest to bottling. The tour continues in the wood-aging room and the packaging area, where each guest will experience packaging their own bottle of wine to take home as a souvenir. The tour moves to the panoramic terrace, where you can admire the vineyards and other Terre de Pepi plots.
In the tasting room, glasses of the company's four organic wines will be served, accompanied by a platter of mixed cold cuts, typical cheeses from the Volterra area, and baked goods garnished with our own extra virgin olive oil. We will always be present and happy to answer any questions or curiosities our guests may have regarding Francesco's work as a winemaker, which he carries out with such devotion and passion, and his philosophy of life thanks to which he defines his agriculture as LIVING AGRICULTURE.

Our basic idea is to offer the public a product that is not only authentic and an expression of the territory from which it comes, but one in which one can perceive the soul, energy, and personality of those who produce it—or rather, of those who simply "help" the plants and the soil express themselves as unique and irreproducible living beings of this Universe.
