A tasting of 3 wines from native vines vinified in purity, typical of the Ionian side of Alto Salento
The tasting includes 3 different wines: white, rosé and red from Primitivo or Negroamaro grapes, accompanied by locally produced taralli. All tastings are conducted personally by the De Quarto family, who will tell you about the peculiarities of the grape varieties, the history of the vineyards and the local winemaking processes, with particular attention to organic and natural methods.

"Three generations in the wine sector. The winemaking activity, today managed with particular attention by Antonio De Quarto, consists in vinifying only estate-owned grapes coming from 20 hectares of vineyards located near the sea, in areas strongly suited to viticulture since the times of Magna Graecia."
