A tasting of 4 organic and natural wines, including a long maceration wine, an expression of the territory, paired with typical delicacies

The De Quarto family is ready to welcome you for a typical wine tasting accompanied by a selection of local products.
After an introduction to the history of the winery and its production methods, your wine tasting will take place inside the charming De Quarto wine shop. The tasting will include 4 different wines to choose from: the white Folium, the rosé Corallium, the red Primitivo Lutum, the red Negroamaro Bellicum, with an additional choice between the macerated wines white Kairós, Primitivo Dionysos and Negroamaro Tarantula. Each wine will be paired with a local product, such as focaccia, frise, fresh cheeses and cured meats.

All De Quarto production is organic and natural, with a special focus on quality and respect for the traditional winemaking style. The tasting will be conducted personally by a member of the De Quarto family, who will tell you about the peculiarities of the grape varieties, the history of the vineyards and the local winemaking processes, with a special focus on organic and natural methods.

History of the Cellar

"Three generations in the wine sector. The winemaking activity, today managed with particular attention by Antonio De Quarto, consists in vinifying only estate-owned grapes coming from 20 hectares of vineyards located near the sea, in areas strongly suited to viticulture since the times of Magna Graecia."
