History of the Cellar
"Our story begins in 1986 in Irpinia, in Central Campania, mountainous, rainy, often snowy in winter. A South different from the classic stereotypes with a great wine-growing tradition and soils rich in minerals. Here Feudi di San Gregorio has built its history based on the valorization of native vines extraordinary and still little-known – Greco, Fiano, Falanghina, Aglianico – and monumental vines over two hundred years old. He did it with a strongly contemporary, curious spirit, open to contamination with the worlds of creativity, such as design and art. We believe in the value of lasting beauty that is born from the combination of aesthetic vision and responsible commitment. We have transformed Feudi di San Gregorio into a Benefit Company, achieved Equalitas certification and certified the entire group as B Corp. Today, investing concretely in environmental, cultural, social and economic regeneration is the only possible way to pursue our corporate vocation."
