History of the Cellar
"We work in a region historically dedicated to viticulture, known for its important DOCGs: Fiano di Avellino, Taurasi and Greco di Tufo. Our vineyards, which include three plots of Fiano in Lapio and an ultra-centenary vineyard of Aglianico in Paternopoli, reflect the richness and diversity of the Irpinia territory. In addition, we produce a wine from a small historic vineyard on the island of Capri. Our mission is to enhance the unique characteristics of local grape varieties, such as Fiano and Aglianico, through meticulous work on individual plots and long periods of refinement. We use traditional techniques, employing woods such as chestnut, acacia, national oak and exhausted tonneaux to develop a distinctive and recognizable oxidative style. We aim to be an icon of fine artisanal wine in Italy and around the world, respecting the territory and using advanced technologies in the vineyard. We are committed to wine tourism, welcoming many visitors every year who wish to discover the beauty of Irpinia and taste our wines. "
