“Percorso in libertà” was born from the idea of getting away for a few hours from the frenetic pace of everyday life and recharging our batteries on a journey through the vineyards and orchards of our company. The “Viaggio in Valpolicella” experience will begin with a walk through the vineyards to discover our origins with the story of the traditions of Valpolicella directly in the field. A quiet walk under the vineyards and peaches to see how the Pianta works, I will tell you about the company and the territory.
We will conclude the experience with a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda and 6 wines:

History of the Cellar
OUR PHILOSOPHY, THE RESEARCH FOR FLAVOURS... The sweetness of freshly picked ripe peaches, the scent of our native vines in the glass of wine, a drizzle of oil on a slice of bread, are the products that we will let you taste immersed in the greenery of nature. White and yellow-fleshed peaches and nectarines represent the traditional cultivation of the Pescantina area. Gianluca and his family have been involved in this crop for over 50 years. Extra virgin olive oil tells the story of the elegance of the morainic hills and the microclimate of Lake Garda. The company's vines are grown in the "Campagna" vineyard, located a few steps from the peach orchard and olive grove. This union guarantees richness to the landscape and a balance for the soil and biodiversity.
