"Our name represents everything we believe in: Vaiot embodies the culture of the territory where it was born, made of great wines and continuous research for quality. The land owned is all located in Montà, in the surroundings of the Santuario dei Piloni, a building of Roman origins and a symbol of great historical interest. Our vineyards are proof of the environmental commitment that my brother Walter and I have at heart: here the grapes grow lush, between healthy rows surrounded by the wild herbs of Roero. Our name represents everything we believe in: Vaiot embodies the culture of the territory where it was born, made of great wines and continuous research for quality."
