History of the Cellar
" Our name represents everything we believe in: Vaiot embodies the culture of the territory in which it was born, made up of great wines and continuous research for quality. The land owned is all located in Montà, near the Sanctuary of the Piloni, a building of Roman origins and a symbol of great historical interest. Our vineyards are proof of the environmental commitment that my brother Walter and I have at heart: here the grapes grow lush, among healthy rows surrounded by the spontaneous herbs of the Roero. Our name represents everything we believe in: Vaiot embodies the culture of the territory in which it was born, made up of great wines and continuous research for quality."
