A selection of wines produced with grapes from prized parcels of our vineyards, tasted at the end of a guided tour of the cellar. Our selections, aged in wood to enhance their character, will be accompanied by five pairings created specifically by our trusted chef using only local and seasonal products.

History of the Cellar
Cantina Tonnino is located in Alcamo and is known for producing high quality wines, characterized by a strong connection with the territory. Founded in 2000, the winery uses native vines, combining tradition and innovation. The winery is attentive to sustainability and the care of the vineyards, adopting environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Tonnino wines, including whites, reds and rosés, are appreciated for their character and their expression of the Sicilian terroir. In addition, the winery offers tours and tastings, allowing visitors to discover the history and the production process of the wine.
