History of the Cellar
The winery L'Astemia Pentita, located in Piedmont, was founded in 2011 by a group of friends passionate about wine who decided to give life to a unique project. The name "Astemia Pentita" reflects the idea of a person who has "regret" not having drunk wine in the past. The company stands out for the production of natural wines, characterized by an artisanal and sustainable approach. The winery enhances the native Piedmontese varieties, such as Barbera and Nebbiolo, working with winemaking methods that enhance the expression of the territory.
