History of the Cellar
"At the foot of the Lessini Mountains and on the border with Soave is the Casarotto farm, within a breathtaking landscape context made up of gentle reliefs covered with all-round vineyards. The beginning of the winemaking of its own grapes dates back to 1945 and therefore to the foundation of the winemaking cellar desired by our founder, great-grandfather and continued to this day by Celeste Casarotto and her family, in the third generation. The passion for the land and for the cultivation of the vine are fundamental in order to have an excellent result in the vineyard and we Casarotto personally follow all these steps from the vineyard to the winemaking in order to be able to give, with the experience and the help of new technologies, a excellent product."
