Cantina Le Bignele is ready to welcome you in the heart of Valpolicella for a stay at the accommodation also combining the tour of the cellar.
Our staff will accompany you on a tour of the cellar and present the winemaking processes. The experience then continues in the room dedicated to the guided tasting of the 7 wines produced by the cellar, including the prized Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, paired with a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. This small food and wine journey aims to enhance the wines of Le Bignele but also to introduce other products of this wonderful territory.

The room is located on the first floor, overlooking one of our vineyards, on the south-east side of the Marano valley. The room furnished with classic-modern wooden furniture, includes a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You will also find linens, courtesy set, kettle, double set of pillows, minibar, hairdryer and suitcase holder. The room is also equipped with air conditioning / heating, desk, wardrobe and flat screen TV. The double bed can be divided into two single beds only on request. It is also possible to add a cot for children up to 3 years. The parking is adjacent to the structure as well as the terrace where you can fully appreciate the colors that nature reserves for us in every season.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. For cigarette and cigar lovers we have dedicated a space outside the facility.
History of the Cellar
The Aldrighetti Agricultural Company, immersed in the rolling hills of Valpolicella Classica, began its history in 1818. Following the purchase of some plots of land in the “Bignele” area near the village of Valgatara, the current hamlet of the municipality of Marano di Valpolicella, the Aldrighetti family began to dedicate themselves to the cultivation of grapes and more. Our family, always farmers, continues over the years to cultivate the land with passion and dedication, now counting 9 hectares of vineyards between the valleys of Marano di Valpolicella, Negrar and San Pietro in Cariano. The brothers Nicola, Silvia and Cecilia, continue to run the company today under the active supervision of their father Luigi and uncle Angelo, pillars of the Aldrighetti family.
