History of the Cellar
"Andrea is self-taught, having grown up after trips and courses in France and Italy, with good and brilliant vignerons who evolved his initial wine project, leading him to understand that cuvées and blends are the best way to obtain products with great personality. This is why he defines himself as a Wine Chef, because every grape or process is an ingredient to be combined with head and vision. His ideas have become concrete also thanks to the help of many young and well-trained guys who have been working side by side with him for years."
