The Tasting of 5 glasses: a very special rosé wine, made exclusively from Cesanese grapes, an excellent and mysterious white wine from Central Italy (Lazio but not only, produced directly by us), a prestigious example of Cesanese del Piglio and two wines from the Piedmontese Langhe of our production: a choice of a Barbera d'Alba or a Nebbiolo Langhe, followed by a Barolo.
