For an additional €10 per person, you can also enjoy a tasting of two grappas paired with artisanal chocolates.

"Marco Carpineti's Laziale winery was born in Cori, an ancient village in the heart of the Lepini Mountains in Lazio. The history of the winery began in the 80s when Marco, driven by his passion for viticulture and love for the territory he decides to transform the family farm into a winemaking reality. The company, which has peasant origins, today produces quality wines while respecting the environment. The winery's philosophy is oriented towards organic farming with a strong focus on sustainability. and biodiversity"
