Artisanal wine tasting in Monferrato
Among the hills of Castelletto Merli, ASOTOM opens the doors to a small artisanal winery, housed in a building that was once used by Vittorio Emanuele II. A journey through landscape, stories, and wines with a distinctive character.
The experience
It begins with a walk through the rows of a vineyard around 70 years old, olive trees, and fruit trees. In the winery, the winemaker Tommaso shares his production philosophy: you will visit the fermentation room, the barrel room, and the labeling room, tasting wines poured directly from the barrels. The journey ends in the panoramic rooms overlooking the Monferrato hills.
