Return to the cellar and visit the bottling and labelling plant
Visit to the barrel cellar where historic French oak barrels are kept
Finally, a tasting of three wines accompanied by breadsticks, Sicilian olives, and bread with our own oil.

History of the Cellar
The Tola winery was born from the passion and intuition of Girolamo Tola, known as “Mimmo”, who inherited his love for the land, and in particular for viticulture, from his father Francesco. For the Tola family, the land is therefore sustenance, life, but also enthusiasm, satisfaction and pride. In 1992, the Tola winery was born. Mimmo Tola, with commitment and dedication, becomes one of the most appreciated producers of Sicilian wines.
