History of the Cellar
Cantina Giuseppe Sedilesu was founded in 2000 as the first family-run bottling company in Mamoiada. It is a story of winemakers and their passion, which has its roots in experience and in the protection of their territory as a common good. The philosophy is to cultivate vineyards with full respect for the environment, following the flow of nature. The company was among the first and continues to be among the few Sardinian companies that have received a Slow Wine snail.
