Immerse yourself in a journey into the domestic dimension of Romagna, accompanied and followed by the stories and practical advice of gastronomic literature: Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, is a symbol of fine cuisine, good taste, attentive to the quality of the raw materials, the location and seasonality of the products. In this experience we will discover the excellence of our territory, collect seasonal products in the garden and learn the secrets to prepare tagliatelle all'uso di Romagna with your own hands, all enriched by precious cultural insights and curiosities about the cuisine. The lesson will culminate with a delicious lunch or dinner with tagliatelle prepared together, an appetizer, a dessert and two organic, local and our own wines, Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa, to pair. The course and lunch will take place in the Halls of Noelia's House, a splendid and historic eighteenth-century villa, one of a kind.

The range of wines produced includes both red and white, with particular attention to native varieties and controlled and guaranteed designations of origin (DOCG, DOC). In addition to wine production, Casa di Noelia also stands out for its attention to the environment and biodiversity, adopting eco-friendly agronomic practices. The winery is an example of how passion for wine and respect for the territory can coexist, leading to the creation of products that tell the story and culture of the place.
