Together we will take a walking tour through the vineyards, visit the production cellar, the ancient barrel cellar inside the underground tunnel and the historical archive of Zoli di Predappio, a collection of 1,000 bottles produced in our territory from 1905 to 1970.
We will open the doors of our wonderful eighteenth-century Villa and then guide you in a tasting of 3 wines Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa, accompanied by bread and extra virgin olive oil of our production and by cured meats and cheeses from typical local producers.
History of the Cellar
Casa di Noelia, a hospitality project by the Pandolfa Noelia Ricci winery, is located in Emilia Romagna, in Predappio, in a wine-growing area of great interest today, and is a family-run business with a strong commitment to quality and sustainability. The company is located in a natural setting that is favorable to viticulture, with hilly terrain and an ideal climate for growing high-quality grapes. The winery stands out for its traditional approach to winemaking, combined with modern techniques, to obtain wines that fully reflect the territory and the characteristics of the vines. The range of wines produced includes both red and white, with particular attention to native varieties and controlled designations of origin (DOC).
