History of the Cellar
"Cantina Falezze is a winery located in Veneto, specifically in the Valpolicella area, one of the most famous regions for wine production in Italy. The winery takes its name from ""Falezze"", a location that represents one of the historic and most suitable areas for viticulture in this part of Veneto. The history of Cantina Falezze is linked to the love for winemaking tradition, but also to innovation and sustainability. The winery was born from a passion for viticulture, with the aim of producing high-quality wines that reflect the characteristics of the territory and the tradition of Valpolicella. Valpolicella is famous for its wines, including Amarone, Valpolicella Classico and Ripasso, all obtained mainly from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. The family that runs Cantina Falezze has always focused on careful management of the vineyards and winemaking, combining traditional practices with modern approaches.
