The experience consists of a visit to the cellar, tasting of 5 types of Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato wine of our production (pure and blended) and a Ruchè grappa, accompanied by a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses.
In case of bad weather, a 10% discount will be applied on the purchase of bottles of wine
History of the Cellar
"The La Mondianese winery is surrounded by a single vineyard that covers 7.5 hectares in the Asti area, here begins the care and tireless search for quality, even before entering the cellar. The care of the vineyards is carried out through mechanized and manual treatments. The pruning is severe to favor the quality over the quantity of the grapes and the harvest is rigorously carried out by hand, in the most traditional, most humane and most selective way, which allows only the best bunches to be chosen and delicately arranged in the box."
