A Talent Scout event, a market-exhibition, which in 11 years of activity has grown a lot in terms of numbers and appreciation by the public and industry professionals. The protagonists are the best 100 small producers to whom the Festival has been dedicated since its birth to give space to innovative and courageous choices, without ever neglecting quality. The recognisability and personality of Only Wine is also linked to other very specific characteristics, unique in this type of event: this year too, the wineries involved will be those with one of these three criteria: less than 40 years old, less than 15 years of history or cellars up to 10 hectares.
A format that has proven to be a winner since the first edition as an opportunity for visibility for young entrepreneurship in this sector. The selection is based on very rigorous criteria and very high quality standards.
Today Only Wine Festival has increasingly taken on the role not only of an important showcase for the territory (starting with the fact that the wines given space are produced from native vines representative of the territory itself) but also, and above all, of an opportunity to promote wine culture at a national and international level as an authentic expression of the excellence and dynamism that are increasingly characterizing Italy from a winemaking point of view. Thanks to the enthusiasm of the new generations and their desire and ability to experiment, it is possible to combine tradition and innovation with an ever-increasing interest in sustainability, Only Wine has become a point of reference and excellence in the wine trade fair sector.
