FROM 23 TO 25 FEBRUARY 2025 WINEMAKERS AND VINEGARS, ENTHUSIASTS AND OPERATORS IN THE SECTOR – BUYERS, RESTAURATEURS, WINE BARS, IMPORTERS, DISTRIBUTORS, CHEFS, SOMMELIERS – WILL MEET AGAIN IN BOLOGNA TO TALK ABOUT GOOD, CLEAN AND FAIR WINE.
Organized by BolognaFiere from an idea by Slow Food, Slow Wine Fair is the international event dedicated to good, clean and fair wine. On display are wines that are the result of sustainable viticulture , respectful of biodiversity and the landscape , aimed at developing farming communities and making consumers more aware of the cultural value of wine .
The event hosts the international meeting of the Slow Wine Coalition , the international, inclusive and collaborative network that unites the protagonists of the world of wine. During the three days of the Slow Wine Fair, hundreds of winemakers and vignerons from all the regions of Italy and from all over the world gather at BolognaFiere to discuss the future of wine and viticulture.
But Slow Wine Fair is not just for winemakers and vignerons. The event is also dedicated to wine lovers and operators in the sector, who can enjoy a rich program of meetings and tastings and choose at the tasting table from thousands of labels from all over the world and selected by a commission of experts. The exhibition part of the event is also enhanced by the participation of Federbio , the Italian Federation of Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture.
