Our experiences are a journey into the natural world of La Maliosa that will guide you into the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, making you savour its true essence.
We will start with a walk around the cellar, reaching the top of a hill where we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Maremma hills. On this occasion our expert staff will introduce you to the characteristics of the historical varieties used for our wines, the production process and the Corino Method that guides every choice in the production of natural wine and organic EVO oil.
The tour continues with a visit to the cellar where you will discover the entire winemaking process and where some of our wines age in barrels.
We will then move to the tasting room, where, in a welcoming and warm atmosphere, you can taste 2 of our natural wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano e Manciano and artisanal cold cuts selected by us in the area. The homemade bread, made from stone-ground flour, will accompany the tasting of our organic EVO oil, resulting from the cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars.
The Tasting includes:
- A natural red wine, a natural white wine of our production
- A selection of local cheeses accompanied by our Millefiori honey
- A selection of Maremma cured meats
- Sliced Tuscan bread
- Organic EVO oil of our own production
- Mineral water
History of the Cellar
Agriculture can be done in harmony with the landscape, the territory and its balance. Without distorting them, but bringing value. We are Fattoria La Maliosa and this is our founding principle. The name derives from the verb "to enchant", created to celebrate the extraordinary charm of the landscapes that surround us. Our project is based on three fundamental choices: quality, beauty and environmental healthiness, respecting the territory and its originality.
